An illustration of my character Mog, a variety show host, in their studio room, with “Trogloxene” being the name of their show. My overall aesthetic for this project is old grungy tapes and video tech, and I wanted the set to center around that theme, and have the screens show my other characters involved.
A compositing exercise I did with the goal of looking like anime screenshots. Drawn in Photoshop, composited in After Effects.
A layout for a dropped project of mine that took place in a supernatural-oriented school. This is what I imagined the library would look like.
A painted layout requested by a friend of mine. I really liked how my lighting turned out, so I put it here.
A sketch of my character Cel, a demon filmmaker. I wanted to practice drawing in a dynamic perspective without guidelines, and flesh out their room to reflect their personality, interests, and time period.
A sketch for a vertical pan that I ended up liking a lot as a full image, trying to represent what the inside of my head felt like at the time.
Round 1 of the top-down-chair-sit shot. This is an illustration of my character Gig, a compsci and engineering geek. I wanted to practice intricate details like wires and switches along with composition.
